Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua made a huge catch to score a touchdown against the Patriots. However, he was down on his knees after the play seemingly shaken up.

UPDATE: The Rams offense is back on the field and wide receiver Puka Nacua returned to the game, per Sarah Barshop. He likely was just shaken up on the touchdown catch and would appear to be good to go moving forward.

The Los Angeles Rams have taken a first half lead against the New England Patriots, but it may have come at a cost. Wide receiver Puka Nacua laid out in the end zone for a diving catch. He hauled in the pass, but he also seemed to get shaken up.

Nacua eventually was able to get off the field and went to the medical tent for an assessment. The Rams could get the ball back at least one more time in the second quarter, so we’ll know pretty soon whether or not this is something serious or if Nacua just got the wind knocked out of him.

We’ll update this post with more information as soon as we see an update on Nacua.
