Cal fans showed up and showed out on Saturday morning
The Calgorithm finally got ESPN to notice them.
For the first time in program history, College Gameday went to Cal for the Golden Bears’ showdown against top-ten Miami, due to the rise of the Calgorithm, an incredibly online portion of Cal fans who absolutely rock at Twitter.
Listening to OTT TO GO on repeat to today. A banger.

Cal fans on social media leaning into the punches thrown by other teams helped their social media presence blow up, and College Gameday recognized them. Cal fans and students were there starting at 11:40 pm the day before, getting ready to be a part of what is now history for the university. ESPN entered the Calgorithm, and the posters did not disappoint:

Cal and Miami will square off on ESPN tonight at 10:30 pm EST, so make sure you have all your coffee, soda, whatever you need to stay up for the game. You too can enter the Calgorithm if you just believe.
