A year ago the NFL wildly altered the Pro Bowl format, shifting from an actual game to the “Pro Bowl Games” format, where players participated in a week-long series of events showcasing athleticism and skills in various contests, culminating in a flag football finale. The 2023 version of the Pro Bowl Games were ultimately won by the NFC when Kirk Cousins engineered a comeback victory in the flag football finale. The NFC was down 21-15 when the flag football game began — based on the scoring from the earlier events — but Cousins and company won by a final score of 35-33. While the inaugural Pro Bowl Games took place in Las Vegas, this year’s version will take place in Orlando.
